UnyKorn LLC · Wyoming · technology and administration services
We get projects lending-ready and build the rails that keep every dollar tied to a document.
UnyKorn LLC is led by founder Kevan Burns with a working team across administration and compliance, engineering and research, and is affiliated by common ownership with FTH Trading, a separate operating company. We do two things: we get capital projects and real-asset transactions ready for lenders and investors, and we build the technology rails that keep money movement tied to signed documents afterwards.

Three doors
Where clients come in
Every engagement starts with paper and ends with a file a credit committee can read without translation. Rails come after executed documents, never before.
01
Readiness and structuring
Claim verification, permit and jurisdiction mapping, lender-view models, structure memos, data rooms and transaction coordination. The Readiness Review and the Capital-Readiness Package.
Services and the ten lender questions02
Rails and platform
Paid-API settlement for applications and AI agents, agent identity, document access control, and client-approved settlement in the client's own workspace. Each piece labelled by what it is today.
Systems, with honest labels03
Forensics
Wallet tracing, counterparty scoring, sanctions screening and written evidence packs, plus red-flag review of a deal you have been pitched. The engine behind blockchainfraud.org.
Forensics and red-flag reviewHow we work
Screen first, paper second, rails last
You send the intake form and whatever documents you already hold. We log the matter and tell you who else should be on the call.
Ten questions and a public-record check. One of three answers: a Readiness Review, a Capital-Readiness Package, or a pass with reasons.
Mutual NDA, engagement letter and a Statement of Work with numbered deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Every deliverable passes a second, adversarial review before it reaches you. Deviations are reported in writing.
After executed paper: client-approved settlement, draws and document access on your own infrastructure.

What is on public networks
Everything in this table is on a public mainnet or a public registry and can be read by anyone with a block explorer. Nothing here is a test network. Contract addresses are printed in the public files linked below rather than here, so this page never goes stale against the chain.
| System | Network | What it is and where to check | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| LPS-1 reference deployment (7 contracts: LiteraryAnchor, PublishingKernel and KernelV2, AuthorIdentity, RoyaltyRouter, EditionNFT, StoryNFT) | Polygon mainnet (chain 137) | Anchors edition roots, records author identity and routes royalties for xxxiii.io. Contract list and addresses are published at xxxiii.io/.well-known/lps1.json, each verifiable on polygonscan.com. Conformance self-assessed at L5; internal security review, no external audit as of 9 Sep 2026. | Measured |
| Proof of Authorship service (LPS-1 v2) | Polygon mainnet + Bitcoin (OpenTimestamps) | A file's SHA-256 is batched into a Merkle tree every five minutes; the root is anchored on Polygon and stamped into Bitcoin. Each proof has a public page, a printable certificate and a Bitcoin receipt; an open verifier script checks a proof without our servers. xxxiii.io/publish. | Available |
| Agent identity (ERC-8004) | Base mainnet | Our Genesis402 service agent is registered in the ERC-8004 identity registry as agent 95721, so a counterparty can verify which agent it is transacting with. Reputation and validation registries not yet used. | Measured |
| Document access passes | Base mainnet | Non-transferable ERC-721 with issue, freeze and revoke roles, deployed for data-room access control. Zero passes issued; public pass page not yet served. | In development |
| Physical-unit registry (sports training equipment) | Base mainnet | One ERC-721 per physical unit, with a public metadata endpoint on the product site. Built and operated for an athletics brand launched September 2026. | Measured |
| Local-commerce namespace and deal registry (O-System) | Base mainnet | Soulbound namespace registry behind the O-Town Finder consumer app for Orlando, launched September 2026. | Measured |
| Paid-API rail (x402 and MPP) | Base (USDC) | Per-request payments with signed receipts. One proven cent-scale settlement on record; small volume. Front door at genesis402.com. | Available (small scale) |
| Solana token campaigns (community and reserve tokens) | Solana mainnet | Two mints measured on chain; other campaigns listed on the platform have no mint yet and are labelled In development in the public ledger. | Measured (2 of several) |
| UnyKorn Layer-1 workspaces | None | Seventeen Rust Layer-1 workspaces exist as research and test code. No UnyKorn Layer-1 is on a public mainnet, and we do not describe one as such. | Research |
